As much as we may want to believe business is all about what we produce or do and the way we do what we do…in truth once you boil it all down it all comes back to people. People who work for you, supply you, advise you, support you, motivate you, inspire you….family …and of course customers who choose to buy from you!

But in business and life the people you surround yourself, the people that influence you, the people you have influence over determine your success as much as anything else. And to be successful with people it’s the quality of the relationships you have with people. Success with people isn’t just a numbers game; facebook friends aren’t a real reflection of your true friends, advertising would work magnificently if all you had to do was let people know how they can find you.

Once they get to KNOW, LIKE & TRUST YOU and you them!

There are many networking opportunities available, so seek out and find networking opportunities that feel right for you – where you feel comfortable and can connect and form genuine relationships with likeminded business people.
